Arima Eco Energy Technologies Corp. (Arima Eco) announced officially the great news that the company had passed all IEC62108 indoor tests and obtained the compliance from ISFOC (Instituto De Sistemas Fotovoltaicos De Concentracion, a CPV Institute in Puertollano, South of Spain).
Mr. Stephen Lee, Chairman of Arima Eco, announced this news publically in the 10kW CPV on–grid Power Station Show Case which was held on January 21, 2009. This event took place at Arima Eco’s company and there were professionals from manufacturers, research institutes, buyers, Medias and local officials attending this event.
According to Dr. Andrew Tzeng, President of Arima Eco, this event provides the company with the best timing for such official announcement, as it would be more convincing if this news could be released together with a real presentation of CPV power station.
The 10kW power station demonstrated Arima Eco’s practical record of CPV system integration with the standard of IEC62108.
Mr. Stephen Lee announced the news at the show case
Arima Eco won the bid of a 300kW CPV project at ISFOC by the end of 2007 and it commenced the indoor tests of IEC62108 in 2008. In December 2008, Arima Eco received an official letter from ISFOC stating that Arima Eco had passed the indoor tests of IEC62108.
This news is a cornerstone to Arima Eco’s CPV development as this provides a strong base for the company’s penetration on European market in the future.
