Taiwan’s ArimaEco is expected to be the first contractor to complete its installation as part of the second phase of CPV project of Instituto de Sistemas Fotovoltaicos de Concentración S. A. (ISFOC).
The company indicated the same during the recently held 2nd CPV Summit in Toledo. It has already set up a prototype of its HCPV system in Puertollano.
ArimaEco’s President Dr. Andrew Tzeng, who was invited to attend the 2nd CPV Summit hosted by CPV Today, demonstrated the company’s practical record of system integration capability with its current status of the ISFOC project. The company also chose this conference as the starting point of its seminar tour in South Europe.
ArimaEco’s HCPV offering was chosen during ISFOC’s bidding in 2007 (during the 1.3MW phase), emerging as one of the seven global CPV system integrators (the only one in Asia) from this process.
The company is focusing on building its mass production capability this year.
After receiving an official letter from ISFOC stating that ArimaEco had passed the indoor tests of IEC62108, the company had also conducted demonstration of Asia’s first 10KW CPV power station earlier this year.
